After production, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • Tags are still attached

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).


REFUND POLICY – DARMA-SOFT

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
